Predicting the future customer experience of a retail giant
Despite leaps in technology, IKEA’s customer experience hasn’t changed much. How could we image an evolved set of customer experiences and prepare post COVID-19 readiness?

Future Experience Prediction
The ‘IKEA Local’ concept successfully predicted the future IKEA’s store model and it’s impact on city centre customers. What’s more, the work was showcased at the PSFK ‘Future of Retail’ Conference in New York where it was also featured as the conferences flagship artwork. We’re very proud to have this impact and recognition in the industry.
